All sales at Kinoe World are final.

Each Kinoe World garment is handmade with care, produced in limited quantities, and prepared individually for every order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

We kindly ask you to review all product details, sizing information, colours, and order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us at kinoe.world@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

change of mind;
incorrect size selection;
colour or style preference;
personal expectations;
delays caused by shipping carriers;
items purchased by mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at kinoe.world@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
