Return & Refund Policy

At Kinoe World, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every handmade garment — and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how our return process works:

Return Period
Domestic (within Latvia): returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
International: returns accepted within 45 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at kinoe.world@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide further instructions and a return authorization.
For approved returns, a refund to your original payment method or store credit will be issued. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Interested in a different size or item? Request an exchange via the same process. Once your original item is received and approved, your new item will be shipped — extra shipping may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will promptly address the issue by replacing or refunding the item.
