At Kinoe World, we take great care in preparing and delivering every order. Each piece is handmade in our Riga atelier, and we ensure that your garments arrive safely, wherever you are in the world. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
Europe (including Latvia): 2–5 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Please note: these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to external factors such as customs or courier delays.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped to EU countries, the United Kingdom, and Norway are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — you will not need to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
Orders shipped to other countries are sent under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) — customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you prefer to prepay duties and taxes, please contact us at kinoe.world@gmail.com, and we will assist with a DDP shipping option where available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram @kinoe_world or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Important Information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Kinoe World is not liable for delays caused by customs or unforeseen courier disruptions, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.
